Consultation & Trainings
A supportive space for therapists to learn and grow together.
Supporting Clinicians in Their Professional Journey
As therapists, we’re always learning — from our clients, from research, and from one another. I offer consultation and training to licensed practitioners who want a collaborative space to reflect on cases, strengthen clinical skills, and stay connected to evidence-based practice.
Alongside my private practice, I also teach in the Mental Health and Wellness graduate program at New York University as adjunct faculty. I bring this same blend of academic training and practical, real-world application into consultation with colleagues.
Consultation for Licensed Practitioners
Consultation offers space to grow as a clinician while staying grounded in evidence-based care. Whether you’re looking for case feedback, a supportive reflective space, or guidance in working with children and families, consultation is designed to help you feel more confident and connected in your work.
I provide both one-on-one consultation and small group formats, available virtually or in person by request. These services are reserved for licensed mental health practitioners and are not available to students or unlicensed professionals.
In our work together, I can support you with:
· Case conceptualization and treatment planning
· Integrating evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, ERP, SPACE, and PCIT
· Developing confidence in working with children, teens, and families
Community, Parent, and Professional Trainings
In addition to consultation for licensed therapists, I also provide trainings and workshops for professionals, parents, and community groups. Teaching is something I deeply enjoy, and I love tailoring talks and workshops to different audiences.
These presentations are interactive, practical, and focused on evidence-based strategies. Topics often include anxiety management and ways to support children and teens in building resilience. For parents, trainings also include tools for responding with warmth and confidence to a child’s struggles.
Whether I am speaking with clinicians, parents, or community groups, my goal is to leave participants with strategies they can apply right away in real-world settings.
My Approach
My approach to consultation is collaborative and supportive, creating a space where therapists can reflect, ask questions, and grow with confidence. I ground our work in evidence-based practice, ensuring that the strategies we discuss are both research-driven and practical in everyday clinical work.
In addition to my private practice, I teach and mentor graduate students and early career professionals, which allows me to bring both academic insight and real-world clinical experience into consultation. Above all, I strive to make consultation a reflective, practical experience that strengthens your skills and supports your professional growth.
