Because it takes a village to raise a child.

Entering motherhood is a special time that brings moments of joy and struggle. Adding to the struggle, postpartum depression affects 1 in 7 pregnant and postpartum women (2020mom). Untreated, it can impact the mother's ability to care for and bond with her baby, potentially resulting in a baby who have difficulty with eating, sleeping, and behavioral regulation (NIMH).

Moms do not have to struggle alone.

Our Baby & Me support group is led by Dr. Shawna Roberts and Dr. Ashley Turbeville, both moms and psychologists specializing in early childhood and maternal mental health. We welcome moms and their babies, birth to walking.

We welcome moms and their babies, birth to beginning walkers, to a group that offers a safe, supportive space to discuss a range of topics, including family/partner relationships, reading baby cues, nurturing attachment, supporting a fussy baby, infant sleep, self-care, and postpartum anxiety and depression.
